As a professional mover, we take extreme precaution to ensure there are no items are lost, damaged or destroyed items during your move. Despite our efforts, occasionally articles are sometimes lost or damaged during the move. Or you may not understand the charges that were assessed for your move. In any event please file a claim in writing. In the unlikely event, we do not come to an amicable agreement or settlement, you have the right to arbitration as a means of obtaining a resolution.
